What Is Bitcoin Gambling?

Bitcoin gambling is using Bitcoin to wager on casino games or sports. It’s as simple as that! At BTC gambling sites you’re able to deposit directly in Bitcoin and wager using it too, rather than having to convert it into fiat currency.

The benefit of this is that you avoid conversion fees and can gamble completely anonymously. Plus, you get to benefit from lightning fast transactions and an amazing selection of games.

The History of Bitcoin Gambling

Bitcoin gambling came around almost as soon as Bitcoin was invented. The launch of Bitcoin in 2009 was followed by early Bitcoin gambling sites in 2012, with sites like Satoshi Dice that still provide all kinds of Bitcoin casino games today.

What’s really interesting about these early Bitcoin gambling sites is that they introduced provably fair technology more or less straight away. There was a sense of innovation about everything they did - and a quest to prove what Bitcoin (and blockchain technology) were capable of.

Provably fair games were the perfect way to do this, the only reason they could work is because of blockchain technology and they addressed one of the primary concerns about BTC gambling - is it safe?

By the 2010’s Curacao had started licensing Bitcoin casinos and alt-coins had started to join the surge too. Over the last fifteen years or so, many sites have come and gone, but the ones I’m going to talk about on this page have proven that Bitcoin gambling is safe, fast, anonymous - and most of all, fun.

How is Bitcoin Gambling Different to Traditional Online Gambling?

Bitcoin gambling has lots of similarities to traditional gambling. It’s safe, you can find fully licensed sites, you can even enjoy lots of the same titles as at traditional fiat online casinos. However, it does differ in some ways too:

  • Anonymity: To gamble with BTC you only need a crypto wallet. This means you can gamble much more privately than with fiat currency.
  • Provably fair technology: Provably fair technology only works because of blockchain technology. So, if you’ve ever wondered if you’re really getting a fair spin, now you can find out for yourself!
  • Payout speed: Thanks to Bitcoin’s decentralised nature, you can expect much faster payouts at crypto casinos than at fiat ones.
  • Volatility: Bitcoin tends to be more volatile than fiat currency, which means you experience larger swings than when gambling using a traditional currency.

TOP BITCOIN GAMBLING SITES

Below you’ll find my choice of the best Bitcoin casinos for a variety of different players. Whether you want to play Bitcoin slots, blackjack, poker, or live casino games, benefit from lightning fast withdrawals, or just claim the biggest possible bonus - I’ve found a site to suit you.

Tip: Not found what you’re looking for in this list? Don’t worry, as you go through the article I’ve dropped in recommendations for Bitcoin mobile casinos, additional Bitcoin bonuses, and sports betting sites where you can bet in Bitcoin too!

Best New Bitcoin Casino - Monro

Monro Casino launched in 2023 and has been constantly updating its Bitcoin catalogue with games ever since. There are now well over 6,000 titles, including lots of top quality Bitcoin slots, blackjack, poker, and speciality games.

There’s also a fully fledged Bitcoin betting platform, with a particularly strong esports selection. If you’re looking for a shiny new all around BTC gambling platform, Monro is an excellent choice.

Best Bitcoin Casino for Live Dealer Games - FairSpin

With a mammoth catalogue of around 8,000 games and almost 600 of those live dealer, there was no competition for the title of best live dealer BTC casino! FairSpin has loads of Evolution and Pragmatic Play titles - so it simply doesn’t get better.

What’s more, you can enjoy an exceptionally lucrative loyalty programme, and expect payouts in under 2 hours as standard.

Best Bitcoin Casino for Table Games - GG.Bet

GG.Bet is my choice for the best table game catalogue, with around 100 games in their library. You’ll find options for Bitcoin roulette, blackjack, poker, and games like Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and Teen Patti too. It’s a really varied catalogue, but it doesn’t stop there.

You also get access to a massive slots library, a full live dealer section, a cross section of provably fair games - and one of the best bitcoin sports betting platforms in the business.

Best Bitcoin Casino for Slots - 1xBit

10,000 slots?! Even if you’re one of the most prolific players around, making your way through this library is going to take years. Thankfully, you’ll be in no rush to leave 1xBit, so maybe you’ll manage it?

You get a huge Bitcoin bonus for signing up (up to 7BTC as a deposit match), so you’ll have a generous bankroll to start working your way through the game selection. The Anjouan licence is also slightly stricter than the Curacao one, so if you’re particularly safety conscious, 1xBit offers enhanced measures.

Best Bitcoin Casino for Fast Withdrawals - BitStarz

BitStarz is one of the most well-established and licensed BTC casinos around. It was launched back in 2014 and offers safe BTC gambling on more than 5,000 games. There’s a great cross section of slots, RNG table games, live dealers, and instant wins, plus a section dedicated to provably fair titles.

Payouts at BitStarz are particularly good, with withdrawals in less than an hour as standard. Though, in my tests, they took less than 20 minutes.

Best Bitcoin Casino for Bonuses - BC.Game

BC.Game is one of the giants of the Bitcoin gambling world, so it makes sense that their promotions page is just as large. The welcome bonus gives you up to 10,000€ as a deposit match bonus, so even the highest of the high rollers will have plenty of bankroll to start exploring the 10,000 game strong library.

With that said, the minimum withdrawal starts at just 1€, so if you’re on a budget, BC.Game is still a brilliant choice.

Popular Bitcoin Gambling Games

As well as fast BTC payouts and totally anonymous crypto gambling, there is one other major perk to Bitcoin gambling - it’s the easiest coin to gamble with. Even if sites only offer one or two cryptocurrencies, one of them is generally Bitcoin. This means you have the largest possible choice of Bitcoin slots, blackjack, poker, and more to choose from.

Below, I’ll run through all of the different kinds of casino games you can play using Bitcoin, as well as good RTP rates/house edge, and any tips to keep in mind.

Bitcoin Slots

Bitcoin slots are by far the most popular type of Bitcoin casino game around. Even smaller bitcoin gambling sites tend to have more than 1,000 slots, but some of my most recommended casinos have over 10,000 of them.

You’ll find all kinds of different themes, varying volatility ratings, and different RTPs too. Better still, slots are some of the best Bitcoin gambling games to find bonuses for.

Tip: Looking to keep your bankroll going for longer? Choose slots with an RTP above 96%.

Progressive Jackpot Bitcoin Slots

Progressive jackpot slots add a whole new dimension of excitement to the Bitcoin gambling experience. They work by sending a tiny percentage (usually around 4%) of the value of each spin directly to a jackpot pool. This means every time, every player spins, the pool increases a bit.

Eventually, one lucky player hits the jackpot - and wins it all. While the RTP tends to be a little reduced, the potential winnings can be enormous, well into the millions. So, if you’re a higher stakes player, or you’ve just always dreamed of hitting a jackpot, progressive jackpot slots are a fun choice.

Bitcoin Table Games

If you’re into the classic casino experience then Bitcoin table games are your best choice. You’ll find all kinds of classics in here from card games like blackjack and poker, to dice games like craps and baccarat, to wheel games like roulette.

RNG table games give you the nostalgic (and oftentimes more fast-paced) version of these casino classics, while live dealer games use state of the art live streaming technology to invite you into a casino studio to play with real dealers.

Which you choose is up to you!

Bitcoin Blackjack

The best Bitcoin casinos offer multiple variants of blackjack, including American blackjack (where the dealer must stand on 17), European blackjack (where the dealer can hit on 17), and options with side bets too.

There’s a good deal of variety in this game - and it’s a popular choice for players who enjoy a blend of strategy and luck. Did you know you can get the house edge down to below 0.5% if you play with the correct strategy?

  • Live Dealer Blackjack: This option live streams a real croupier who you can interact with via chatbox. It tends to be slightly slower paced and more social, perfect if you enjoy actually going to the casino.
  • RNG Blackjack: This option uses a random number generator to ensure absolute fairness, which means you can enjoy provably fair blackjack too. It moves pretty much as fast as you’d like it to, and there are often options for multi-handing.

Bitcoin Roulette

Roulette is a casino classic and you’ll find it at just about all of the Bitcoin online gambling sites I’ve recommended. You can usually find several different variants at least. But game studios are getting even more creative with options like Lightning Roulette that introduce multipliers to wins - so look out for the niche ones, they can be great fun.

  • Live Dealer Roulette: Live streamed from a casino studio, some of the live dealer roulette options are visually stunning. Look out for titles from Evolution, including their Xxxtreme Lightning Roulette for an art-deco treat.
  • RNG Roulette: Available in all kinds of variants, including the popular mini-roulette, RNG roulette lets you play on a computer model. Perfect for a hit of nostalgia, but also great for getting stuck into strategy.
  • American, French, and European Roulette - What’s the Difference? Lots of people enjoy roulette, but surprisingly few know the difference between the three main types. So here’s a cheat sheet.

American Roulette: Two zeros and the numbers 1-36 on the wheel. This has the highest house edge of all roulette options at around 5.26%.

European Roulette: One zero and the numbers 1-36 on the wheel. This is a great middle point with a house edge of around 2.7%.

French Roulette: Exactly the same layout as European roulette, but the house edge decreases even further with betting options like the La Partage rule. A little more complex, but the best option if you’re keen to keep your bankroll going for longer.

Bitcoin Poker

Poker tends to be a little more specialist than the other casino table games. Some BTC gambling sites throw it in with the RNG table games, while others have dedicated sections for poker.

GG.Bet is a great choice if you’re a particularly keen poker player, as there’s an entire ‘wing’ of the site that’s dedicated specifically to it. That means you get the full poker experience and you can wager with Bitcoin.

Bitcoin Video Poker

Video poker is a smart choice if you enjoy RNG table games that combine luck and skill. It’s more simple than poker, as you just need to make the best poker hand possible - you aren’t competing against other players.

This makes it a great starting point if you want to learn how to play poker for real. Plus, with good strategy the house edge is often below 1.5% - so perfect for those playing on a bit of a budget.

Other RNG Bitcoin Games

Believe it or not, there are even more Bitcoin casino games you can enjoy. Below I’ll run through three of my personal favourites, but in some of the sites I’ve recommended there are even more to try out.

  • Crash: The original Aviator game made this category of Bitcoin online gambling game famous. Bet on when a rocket will land and if you’re right, you get paid out more and more the further it flies. Did you know this is one of very few casino games where you directly control the volatility?
  • Plinko: Plinko is a popular choice amongst those who are interested in provably fair Bitcoin games. You drop a ball and it pings off pins until it eventually lands in a prize spot. Some are only small, but some are huge!
  • Lottery: You can enjoy both lottery and scratchcard style games using Bitcoin. Scratchcards are usually found in the instant win section and are super popular with themes similar to slot games. Lotteries are a little more specialist, but the BTC gambling sites that do have them let you play lotteries from all over the world.

5 steps

How to Gamble with Bitcoin

Gambling with Bitcoin is just as easy as gambling with Euros, you just need to know where to start. Below is a quick, 5-step guide to kick you off and then I’ll explain all you need to know about withdrawals after that. .

Get a wallet

The first step is to get a crypto wallet. This is where you’ll store your BTC (and any other crypto you want to buy). You can choose mobile apps or browser-based wallets, which are perfect for regular users. If you’re particularly safety conscious you can go down the hardware wallet route, but these tend to be a bit less user friendly.

Buy Bitcoin

You can purchase BTC on exchanges like Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken. Once you’ve purchased the amount you want, you then transfer it into your wallet. Tip: Some sites let you purchase Bitcoin directly on the platform, which can save you the extra step!

Deposit at a BTC casino site

Head to your chosen platform (there are lots of suggestions in this article) and find the deposit page. Once you’re there, copy the unique wallet address. Send your BTC, and within minutes your balance should appear.

Claim a bonus

This one is optional, but if you’re claiming a deposit bonus then you need to opt in to make sure you receive it! This can really boost your bankroll, perfect for exploring a new casino.

Start playing

Once the funds land, which usually happens pretty much instantly, you’re ready to get stuck into a whole catalogue of casino games that you can wager on using Bitcoin.

How do Withdrawals With Bitcoin Work?

Withdrawals work pretty much the same way, just in reverse! You request a payout and enter your wallet address in the cashier section of the casino. Then, the site will process the transaction.

Tip: Make sure you copy and paste your wallet address. If you make even a single typo, your withdrawal could go to someone else’s account - and if it does, you cannot get it back.

One of the brilliant things about gambling with Bitcoin is that transactions can be processed instantly. This means that unlike some transactions where you’re waiting weeks for Euros to arrive, your Bitcoin can arrive in minutes.

How to Speed Up Bitcoin Withdrawals - and Keep Costs Down

Transacting in Bitcoin means you may have to pay what are known as gas fees. These fluctuate according to when the Bitcoin network is most busy. To keep costs down, make withdrawals during off peak times.

Gas fees tend to be charged per transaction not based on cost. So, to keep costs to a minimum, stick to larger withdrawals rather than lots of little ones.

If speed is your main priority then make sure you allow higher gas fees in your crypto wallet. This will let you make the most of the fastest possible transaction times.

Bitcoin Gambling Bonuses

BITCOIN GAMBLING BONUSES

There are loads of different Bitcoin gambling bonuses you can claim. But how do you know which is the right one for you? Below, I’ll take you on a whistlestop tour through all of the different types of bonuses you can claim.

We’ll talk a little about terms and which kind of player each of the bonuses will be best for. That way, you can go in eyes wide open and claim the bonus that will help you out the most.

Welcome Bonuses

The biggest - and often the best - welcome bonuses are only available when you first sign up to a new BTC gambling site. They sometimes come as multi-installment packages, that top you up for your first 3 to 5 deposits. Other times, it’s just one big bonus to kick start your bankroll.

Often you’ll find a deposit match bonus (which we’ll cover in detail below) combined with free spins. The welcome bonus will suit the majority of players, as it’s supposed to appeal to everyone.

Look out for: wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, max wins, game restrictions.

Deposit Match Bonuses

Usually one of the larger bonuses available, deposit match bonuses either come as a welcome bonus or a reload bonus. They match your deposit by a certain percentage, up to a certain amount. For example a 100% match up to 2BTC.

Look out for: wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, max wins, game restrictions, specific days of the week for reload bonuses.

Free Spins

A slot player’s dream, free spins do exactly what they say on the tin - a bundle of free spins to use on slots. They’re generally for one specific slot game, but increasingly casinos are offering a small choice. They come with a value per spin assigned too.

Look out for: wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, max wins, value per spin, expiry date.

Cashback

Cashback doesn’t always seem like the flashiest or the most glamorous of Bitcoin gambling bonuses, but it’s so useful. In fact, it’s the bonus I always look for when choosing a new Bitcoin casino. Cashback gives you a percentage of your total deposits or total losses back, usually weekly, or monthly.

Look out for: wagering requirements, minimum loss, loyalty level.

No Wagering Bitcoin Bonuses

You might have noticed that under my little ‘look out for’ tips, there’s been not a single bonus that hasn’t mentioned wagering requirements. That’s because this term can make a huge difference to the value of a bonus.

No wagering bonuses remove the wagering requirement. Meaning whatever you win (up to the win cap) is yours to keep and withdraw immediately - if you want to!

No Deposit Bitcoin Bonuses

If you’re hoping to win real money without having to deposit any of your own then this kind of Bitcoin bonus is the one you want to look out for! No deposit Bitcoin bonuses give you a small bonus for free without you needing to deposit anything to claim them.

While they might sound too good to be true, remember that these bonuses always come with wagering requirements. So you’ll probably have to deposit something if you want to withdraw your winnings!

Key Terms to Look for When Claiming Bitcoin Gambling Bonuses

I’ve personally checked the terms and conditions in all of the bonuses I’ve recommended on this page. But, there’s no substitute for reading through them yourself! Learning about different bonus terms is so helpful. It means that if you find a bonus that you want to claim, you can work out, on your own, whether it’s worth it.

Below are some of the common terms you’ll come across when claiming BTC bonuses. I’ll explain exactly what they mean - and the sort of ballpark you should be aiming for in terms of fairness.

Wagering Requirement

Wagering requirements refer to how many times you need to wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw your winnings. If you find a wagering requirement of less than 40x then you’ve done well.

Example: 35x wagering requirement on a 100€ bonus. 35 (wagering) x 100 (bonus amount) = 3500 (amount to wager before you can withdraw your winnings)

Tip: Some sites apply the wagering requirement to both the deposit and bonus amount - if this is the case, you should look for a requirement of around 25x or less.

Game Contributions

Game contributions are how each game contributes towards the wagering requirement. If a game contributes 10% (quite common for table games and live dealer games) then you multiply the wagering requirement by 10.

For slots players, you’re generally in the clear here. Slots almost always contribute 100% to wagering.

Minimum Qualifying Deposit

If you’re claiming any kind of bonus except a no deposit bonus, then you’ll need to make at least the minimum qualifying deposit to be given it. This is usually somewhere between 10€ and 50€.

Tip: The minimum qualifying deposit is very often different from the minimum deposit allowed on the site. So keep that in mind!

Max Win

The max win, also known as the win cap, is the maximum amount that you can win from a bonus. If you win more than this while using a bonus then the rest is forfeited when it’s time to withdraw.

In general, around 10x the deposit amount is considered a fair win cap, but even 5x is often worth taking if the wagering requirement is reasonable.

Expiry

No bonus lasts forever! The expiry date tells you when you need to complete the bonus by. This includes completing the wagering requirement if there is one.

For deposit match bonuses, I like to look for a 30 day expiry (but 21 days might be fine for you). For free spins, 24-48 hours is often enough.

Tip: For no wagering bonuses, the expiry is often a bit less important, as there are no additional wagering requirements to complete.

Game Exclusions

It’s very common for bonuses to exclude certain games. These tend to be slots with exceptionally high RTPs, or progressive jackpot slots. But, you’ll find some that exclude games from specific providers, or specific genres.

These will always be clearly listed and it’s essential you do not play them as you may forfeit your bonus entirely.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Bitcoin Gambling

I love Bitcoin gambling - but it’s not for everyone! Below are some honest points about the advantages and disadvantages of gambling with Bitcoin.

pros
  • Speed - You cannot beat cryptocurrency when it comes to transaction speed. It’s highly unusual to get fiat currency payouts in under an hour, but with Bitcoin it’s almost the standard
  • Anonymity - Not everybody wants to share their love for casinos or sports betting - and with Bitcoin you don’t have to. This keeps your identity safe from hackers, or your bank manager - or your boss!
  • Bonuses - Crypto bonuses tend to be more lucrative than fiat currency bonuses. This is great news if you want to play with a larger bankroll without spending additional money.
cons
  • Volatility - Bitcoin might be one of the less volatile cryptocurrencies, but compared to the Euro, it’s much more volatile. This means even lower volatility games can still feel like high volatility ones when prices fluctuate.
  • Regulations - All of the Bitcoin gambling sites I’ve recommended on this page have a licence. But, none of them have a local licence, only remote ones. If you’re particularly safety conscious, the Curacao licence is not the most discerning.
  • Maths - If you’re wagering directly in Bitcoin then the denominations are very tiny parts of one coin. This can make it a little confusing to keep track of exactly what you’re wagering, as even one decimal point can make a big difference.

Mobile BTC Gambling Sites

More people gamble on mobile than they do on desktop now - so it only makes sense to include my pick of the best mobile BTC gambling platforms around. We’ll go through the pros and cons of choosing a mobile app over a mobile site (and vice versa) then we’ll take a look at the best mobile gambling platforms out there.

App vs Mobile Site: What’s the Difference?

Generally speaking, you’ll fall into one camp or the other - mobile site, or app. Let’s take a look at their unique features.

Mobile App: Native app, designed specifically for mobile. Takes up additional space on your device, but often cuts load times down to near-zero. Sometimes comes with mobile specific bonuses. Less choice.

Mobile Site: Browser site that can be accessed from any device. Some sites are designed mobile-first, others aren’t. Takes up no additional space on your device but has longer load times. No access to mobile specific bonuses, but much more choice in where you can play.

My Top 3 Mobile BTC Online Gambling Sites

If you’re looking for the best mobile experience possible, look no further. These three Bitcoin gambling sites offer an unparalleled mobile experience, all designed mobile first - yes, even the mobile browser site.

Best Android App - Vavada

Vavada is one of the larger BTC gambling sites and its Android app does not disappoint. It’s also available on iOS! You benefit from same day withdrawals, fast loading times, and games that automatically resize to whatever the size of your screen is.

Best iOS App - GG.Bet

GG.Bet’s app is my personal favourite. It’s beautifully designed, so easy to find your way around, and splits up the sports, casino, and poker sections perfectly. The filtering works exactly as you’d want it to - and you get occasional push notifications letting you claim small no deposit bonuses, just for being a mobile customer.

Best Mobile Site - FairSpin

FairSpin gets the spot for best Bitcoin mobile gambling site as it wasn’t just designed with mobile ‘in mind’ but rather mobile-first. This means the whole layout was specifically designed to work seamlessly on mobile. You can access every single game in the catalogue, and make near-instant withdrawals on mobile (or tablet if you’d like to).

Bitcoin Gambling Security & Fairness

BITCOIN GAMBLING SECURITY

One of the main concerns around Bitcoin gambling is whether it’s safe or not. And honestly? It all depends on where you do it. If you choose an unlicensed site then of course it’s going to be a little dicey - but the same goes for gambling at unlicensed sites in fiat currency!

A licence is the single most important thing to look for when choosing any gambling site, BTC or fiat. So, we’re going to take a look at some of the most common licences you’ll find at Bitcoin gambling sites and then we’ll look at all the other ways you can verify the safety of your chosen casino.

Different Licences at Bitcoin Gambling Sites

Below you’ll find the three different licences that you’ll see at Bitcoin gambling sites. All three of these licences have their own strengths and weaknesses, so you can prioritise sites that align with what you’re looking for.

How to Choose a Safe BTC Gambling Site

Below is a checklist for choosing a safe site to gamble with BTC. If you can tick off every single one of the requirements, then you’ve found a safe gambling site.

  • Licence: A valid licence from a known licensing body.
  • Payments: Trusted payment providers with clear minimums and time scales.
  • Audits: Games audited for fairness by independent services, or provably fair games.
  • Providers: Trusted and well known game studios in the catalogue.
  • AML: Complies with anti money laundering regulations.
  • Responsible Gambling: Offers at least basic responsible gambling tools.

What is Provably Fair Technology and How Does it Work?

Provably fair technology is available exclusively at crypto gambling sites. It works by harnessing the power of blockchain technology to prove that the outcome of a game was achieved fairly. Here’s a quick step by step to illustrate the process.

  1. A player seed is generated, either by you, or by the game. They both work equally well.
  2. The game creates a server seed. This is kept hidden (think of it like putting the answer to a prize winning question inside a golden envelope).
  3. A nonce is generated which starts from zero or one. If you play more than one round, this increases each time.
  4. You receive a hashed (basically encoded) version of the server seed.
  5. You click spin (or roll, or deal) and the player seed is combined with the server seed.
  6. This new combination, along with the nonce, determines the outcome of the game.
  7. Once you’ve finished playing you can finally see the original server seed (now unhashed/decoded).
  8. If this matches the hashed one then you know it was a fair game.

Tip: How do you find out if it matches the hashed code? There’ll be a provably fair calculator on the site that you can use.

Future of Bitcoin Online Gambling

BITCOIN GAMBLING

Online gambling sites are never ones to rest on their laurels! The innovation in this sector is constant - and that’s one of the things that makes it so much fun. Imagine if we’d remained content with RNG table games? We’d never have got to try out live dealer gaming. Three reel slots? We’d never have found Megaways, or progressive jackpot slots!

Below, I’ll talk about some of the trends that we’re already seeing emerge in the Bitcoin gambling space, followed by some of my predictions for where Bitcoin gambling could take us next.

What’s on the Horizon for Bitcoin Gambling

Wider adoption: Lots of sites are beginning to add some of the better known coins to their payments section, which includes Bitcoin. This means you’ll find far more hybrid sites that offer both fiat currency and cryptocurrency, all under one ‘virtual’ roof.

Niche coins: Alt coins are becoming ever more present in crypto casinos. Plus, the invention of stable coins has made it easier to negate some of the impact of volatility.

High roller priority: Thanks to the high value and high limits of currencies like Bitcoin, we’re already seeing gambling sites offer larger and larger bonuses.

Stronger regulation: At the moment, many of the major markets (like the US and the UK) are lagging behind in crypto regulation. As this comes into play, tighter licensing rules are very likely for crypto gambling sites.

What the Future May Hold

AI integration: The capabilities of AI are becoming increasingly impressive. This could help with fraud detection, personalisation, or just better game recommendations.

Decentralised casinos: Blockchain could enable totally decentralised casinos, perhaps with NFTs, in-platform currencies, or more sophisticated loyalty systems.

Metaverse casinos: Some sites have already dabble with metaverse casinos, but I think this could really take off in the next few years.

Cross chain compatibility: It’s a little frustrating if you hold lots of different cryptocurrencies to have to convert between them. Cross chain compatibility would remove this hurdle entirely.

Conclusion – Should You Try Bitcoin Gambling?

Bitcoin gambling lets you play safely, at casinos with a global reach. You can make lightning fast transactions, benefit from sky high limits (or even no limits) and enjoy a little extra volatility for added excitement.

If you’ve been interested in cryptocurrency anyway then Bitcoin can be a fantastic entry point. It’s widely accepted, which means you have a fantastic selection of secure sites to choose from. Plus, some of the current Bitcoin bonuses are particularly lucrative.

FAQ

Is it safe to gamble with Bitcoin?

Yes, as long as you choose a licensed site. Unlicensed sites are never a safe option, even if you’re gambling in fiat currency. Look out for a valid licence, as well as trusted payment providers, and independent game audits.
